Your first 300: one clear place to start

Understand the 300-rep structure, choose your level and start with the equipment you have.

Six exercises. Fifty reps each.

300WOD is an adaptive training system built around a clear structure: six exercises, fifty reps of each, three hundred reps in total. The structure gives your session a defined beginning and end. Your exercise selection, equipment and resistance make that structure personal.

30:00 is the reference standard, not a reason to rush technique or force a load that does not suit you. Start at a level you can control and let your training history develop.

Choose the level that fits today

Foundation, Hoplite, Elite and Spartan give the system different training levels. Choose from your current ability rather than the label you eventually want to reach. A repeatable session is more useful than a first session you cannot manage.

Set your profile and available equipment before generating a workout. Use the exercise library to understand unfamiliar movements.

Choose how you work through it

In a sequential session, complete the prescribed work for one exercise before moving on. In a circuit, move through the exercises in rounds according to the workout. Follow the session shown in the app rather than treating every workout as the same format.

Record the training you actually complete. Logged sessions give the system a history to work from; opening a plan is not the same as completing it.
