REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
This policy explains how cancellations, refunds and billing work for 300WOD™ subscriptions — including the First 300 Founder promotion and the AI Coach add-on.

1. SUBSCRIPTIONS
300WOD™ is a digital membership service offered through recurring subscription plans. Subscription charges and billing intervals are disclosed before purchase. The current plans are:
MONTHLY
USD $6.99 / month
Recurring monthly subscription. Renews automatically each month.
STANDARD ANNUAL
USD $59.99 / year
Recurring annual subscription. Renews automatically each year.
FIRST 300 FOUNDER
USD $49.99 / year
Recurring annual Founder subscription. Limited to the first 300 valid Founder memberships. Includes a six-month free core membership period — see Section 4.
Payments are processed by Stripe. 300WOD™ does not store full payment card details.
2. CANCELLATION
How to Cancel
You may cancel future renewal of your subscription at any time through the subscription management functionality available in your 300WOD™ account, or by contacting contact@300wod.com.
Cancellation prevents future automatic renewal. Your access to 300WOD™ continues through the end of the applicable already-paid entitlement period.
Access After Cancellation
After cancellation, your paid access continues until the end of the current billing period for which payment has been made. Access is not revoked immediately upon cancellation. At the end of the paid period, your membership will revert to a free authenticated account.
Cancellation During a Free / Promotional Period
If your subscription is in a free or promotional period (such as the First 300 Founder six-month free core membership period), cancellation will prevent the subscription from transitioning to the paid renewal phase. The effect of cancellation during a promotional period is determined by the actual Stripe subscription state at the time of cancellation. Access during the remaining free period may continue or cease depending on the applicable subscription configuration.
3. REFUNDS
General Refund Position
Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once the applicable paid subscription period has begun, except where:
- required by applicable consumer law;
- a billing error has occurred; or
- 300WOD™ expressly determines otherwise.
This does not affect any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.

4. FIRST 300 FOUNDER PROMOTION
Six-Month Free Core Membership Period
The First 300 Founder membership includes six months of free access to the core 300WOD™ membership. This promotional period applies only to the core 300WOD™ membership. It does not include the AI Coach add-on.
After the six-month free period, the Founder annual subscription renews at USD $49.99/year unless cancelled before the renewal date.
The Founder subscription is limited to the first 300 valid Founder memberships. Founder status is verified server-side. The Founder price of USD $49.99/year applies to subsequent annual renewals.
5. AI COACH ADD-ON
Separate Recurring Add-On
300WOD AI Coach is a separate premium add-on subscription at USD $9.99/year, billed annually. It is not included in any core membership plan.
AI Coach is available to Standard Annual and First 300 Founder members only. Monthly members are not eligible to purchase AI Coach.
AI Coach and the Founder Free Period
The First 300 Founder six-month free core membership period does not make AI Coach free. If a Founder member activates AI Coach during the free core membership period, the AI Coach annual subscription is charged independently at USD $9.99/year from the date of activation, according to the terms disclosed at its checkout.
AI Coach Cancellation
The AI Coach add-on subscription follows its own billing cycle and can be cancelled independently. If the underlying eligible annual core membership ends permanently, the AI Coach add-on will also be deactivated. The general refund position in Section 3 applies to AI Coach payments.
6. EU/EEA CONSUMERS — STATUTORY WITHDRAWAL RIGHTS
Distance Contract Withdrawal Rights
Consumers in the EU/EEA may have statutory withdrawal rights under applicable consumer protection law for distance contracts, including the right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days without giving a reason.
Under EU consumer law, the right of withdrawal may be lost or may not apply in certain circumstances — for example, where a consumer has expressly requested that performance of a digital service begin before the withdrawal period expires and has acknowledged that the right of withdrawal will thereby be lost, where applicable law and the specific circumstances so require.
Whether and to what extent any such loss or limitation of withdrawal rights applies to your specific subscription depends on the applicable law of your country of residence, the nature of the service, and any express request, consent, acknowledgement or confirmation collected at the time of purchase.
This policy does not purport to remove or limit any mandatory statutory withdrawal rights you are entitled to under the law of your country of residence. If you wish to exercise a statutory withdrawal right, please contact us at contact@300wod.com as soon as possible.
7. PAYMENT FAILURE
If a renewal payment fails, your subscription may enter a past-due state. Access is not necessarily revoked immediately on the first payment failure. Stripe may retry the payment according to its standard retry schedule.
If payment is not successfully collected after the applicable retry period, your subscription may be cancelled and your paid access will end. You will be notified of payment issues via the email address associated with your account.
