COOKIE POLICY
This Cookie Policy explains how 300WOD™ uses cookies and similar browser technologies across the platform — based on an audit of the actual codebase.
Last updated: September 2026
WHAT ARE COOKIES?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies include localStorage and sessionStorage — browser-based storage mechanisms that can persist data within a session or across visits. These technologies are used to maintain sessions, remember preferences, and support the technical operation of the service.
CURRENT STATUS
Only Technically Necessary Technologies
Based on a full audit of the 300WOD™ codebase, the platform currently uses only technically necessary cookies and browser storage. No analytics, advertising, marketing or non-essential tracking technologies are active.
Because only technically necessary technologies are in use, a cookie consent banner is not required at this time. If non-essential tracking technologies are introduced in the future, this policy will be updated and a compliant consent mechanism will be implemented before those technologies are activated.

MANAGING COOKIES
You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to view, block and delete cookies. Note that blocking technically necessary cookies (such as the authentication session cookie) will prevent you from staying logged in to 300WOD™.
For guidance on managing cookies in your browser, visit your browser's help documentation.
FUTURE CONSENT ARCHITECTURE
300WOD™ has implemented a consent-ready architecture. If non-essential tracking technologies (analytics, marketing) are introduced in the future:
- This Cookie Policy will be updated before activation
- A consent banner will be implemented with equal Accept All / Reject Non-Essential / Manage Preferences options
- Non-essential technologies will not load before consent is given
- You will be able to change or withdraw your preferences at any time via Cookie Settings
- Consent choices will be stored appropriately
