TERMS OF SERVICE
These Terms of Service govern your account, membership and use of the 300WOD™ platform — including all features, workout tools, community functions and associated services. Please read them carefully.

1. OPERATOR
2. ACCOUNT CREATION
To access the 300WOD™ member platform, you must create an account using a valid email address and password. You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate account information
- Maintaining the security of your password
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Notifying 300WOD™ immediately of any unauthorised use
One account per person. You may not create accounts on behalf of others without their knowledge and consent.
3. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 16 years of age to create a 300WOD™ account. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
300WOD™ provides fitness and training content. You are responsible for assessing whether the training is appropriate for your individual health circumstances. See the Fitness & Health Disclaimer for important information.
4. MEMBERSHIP AND SUBSCRIPTIONS
Membership Tiers
300WOD™ offers the following access tiers:
- Authenticated — free account with access to core features
- Paid Member — full platform access via active subscription
- First 300 Founder — founding member access (limited cohort)
- Complimentary Access — access granted by 300WOD™ at its discretion
- Admin — internal administrative access
Subscription Plans
Paid membership provides full access to the 300WOD™ platform. The following recurring subscription plans are currently available:
MONTHLY
USD $6.99 / month
Recurring monthly subscription. Renews automatically each month.
STANDARD ANNUAL
USD $59.99 / year
Recurring annual subscription. Renews automatically each year.
FIRST 300 FOUNDER
USD $49.99 / year
Recurring annual Founder subscription. Limited to the first 300 valid Founder memberships. Includes a six-month free core membership period — see below.
Prices are displayed in USD. Applicable taxes may apply depending on your country of residence. Prices are confirmed at checkout before payment.
Automatic Renewal
All subscription plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You will be charged the applicable subscription price at each renewal.
You will be notified of upcoming renewals via the email address associated with your account. Renewal charges are processed by Stripe.
First 300 Founder Programme
The First 300 Founder membership is limited to the first 300 valid Founder memberships. Founder eligibility is verified server-side. The Founder cohort cannot be expanded retrospectively.
The First 300 Founder membership includes six months of free access to the core 300WOD™ membership. After the six-month free period, the Founder annual subscription renews at USD $49.99/year unless cancelled before the renewal date.
The six-month free period applies only to the core 300WOD™ membership. It does not include the AI Coach add-on.
First 300 status is determined by canonical entitlement records. It cannot be transferred or claimed retrospectively.
Payment Processing
Payments are processed by Stripe. Checkout is hosted by Stripe. 300WOD™ does not store full payment card details — these are handled directly by Stripe.
By completing a subscription checkout, you accept Stripe's applicable terms of service in addition to these Terms.
Subscription Management
You may manage your subscription — including cancellation and payment method updates — through the subscription management functionality available in your 300WOD™ account, which is provided through Stripe's Customer Portal. Available management options are determined by the applicable subscription configuration.
Complimentary & Special Access
Complimentary access (including tester, ambassador and partner access) is granted at the sole discretion of 300WOD™ and may be modified or withdrawn at any time. Complimentary access does not create a contractual entitlement to continued access.
5. CANCELLATION AND TERMINATION
Cancellation by You
You may cancel your paid subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting contact@300wod.com. Cancellation prevents future automatic renewal.
Your access to 300WOD™ continues through the end of the applicable already-paid entitlement period. Access is not revoked immediately upon cancellation.
Cancellation During a Free / Promotional Period
If your subscription is in a free or promotional period (such as the First 300 Founder six-month free core membership period), cancellation will prevent the subscription from transitioning to the paid renewal phase. The effect of cancellation during a promotional period is determined by the actual subscription state at the time of cancellation.
Payment Failure
If a renewal payment fails, your subscription may enter a past-due state. Access is not necessarily revoked immediately on the first payment failure. Stripe may retry the payment according to its standard retry schedule.
If payment is not successfully collected after the applicable retry period, your subscription may be cancelled and your paid access will end.
Termination by 300WOD™
300WOD™ may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, engage in conduct harmful to other members or the platform, or if required by law. Where possible, notice will be provided before termination.
Access After Cancellation or Termination
After cancellation or termination, your access to paid features will cease. Your account data is retained in accordance with the Privacy Policy retention schedule. You may request deletion of your data via MY 300WOD → PRIVACY & DATA.
6. REFUNDS
Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once the applicable paid subscription period has begun, except where required by applicable consumer law, a billing error has occurred, or 300WOD™ expressly determines otherwise.
This does not affect any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.

7. 300WOD AI COACH
What AI Coach Is
300WOD AI Coach is a premium add-on feature that provides automated AI-generated training guidance based on your 300WOD training data. It is informational and training-support functionality. AI Coach outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable in individual circumstances.
AI Coach is powered by an external AI API (OpenAI). Your relevant training data is transmitted to OpenAI to generate coaching outputs. See the Privacy Policy for details of what data is transmitted.
What AI Coach Is Not
AI Coach does not provide:
- Medical advice
- Medical diagnosis or treatment
- Physiotherapy or rehabilitation advice
- Psychological advice
- A clinical assessment of whether you are safe to exercise
- A substitute for appropriately qualified professional advice
Readiness and training interpretations provided by AI Coach are not clinical determinations. Do not rely on AI Coach to diagnose pain, injury, illness or other health conditions. If you are experiencing significant symptoms, injury or health concerns, seek appropriate professional advice.
AI Coach Pricing and Eligibility
AI Coach is a separate recurring add-on subscription at USD $9.99/year, billed annually. It is not included in any core membership plan.
Eligibility:
- Standard Annual members ($59.99/year) — eligible to purchase AI Coach
- First 300 Founder members ($49.99/year) — eligible to purchase AI Coach
- Monthly members ($6.99/month) — NOT eligible for AI Coach
AI Coach access requires both an active eligible annual core membership and an active paid AI Coach entitlement. Both conditions are verified server-side.
AI Coach and the Founder Free Period
The First 300 Founder six-month free core membership period does not include AI Coach. If a Founder member activates AI Coach during the free core membership period, the AI Coach annual subscription is charged independently at USD $9.99/year from the date of activation, according to the terms disclosed at its checkout.
AI Coach Cancellation
The AI Coach add-on subscription follows its own billing cycle and can be cancelled independently. If the underlying eligible annual core membership ends permanently, the AI Coach add-on will also be deactivated.
8. ACCEPTABLE USE
When using 300WOD™, you agree not to:
- Attempt unauthorised access to any part of the platform or its infrastructure
- Interfere with or disrupt the security or operation of the service
- Scrape, harvest or extract member data without authorisation
- Introduce malicious software, viruses or harmful code
- Misuse another person's account or identity
- Submit false, misleading or fabricated workout results
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit 300WOD™ content without permission
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
300WOD™ Brand & IP
The following are claimed trademarks of 300WOD™:

- FOUNDER'S DIET™
- 30-Minute Intelligence™
The 300WOD™ logo, Spartan artwork, platform design, training system, workout generation methodology and all original creative works are owned by or licensed to the operator of 300WOD™. Nothing in these Terms grants you a right to reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from 300WOD™ content without prior written permission.
User-Generated Content
When you submit a testimonial, story or community content, you grant 300WOD™ a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to publish that content on 300wod.com and official 300WOD™ channels, subject to your explicit publication consent and admin moderation approval.
You retain ownership of your submitted content. You may request removal at any time by contacting contact@300wod.com.
10. REFERRAL PROGRAMME
300WOD™ operates a referral programme allowing members to invite others to join the platform. Referral codes are personal and may not be sold or transferred.
Referral rewards and terms are determined by 300WOD™ and may change. Abuse of the referral system (including self-referral or fraudulent referrals) may result in account suspension.
11. SERVICE AVAILABILITY AND CHANGES
300WOD™ aims to provide a reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The platform may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates or circumstances beyond our control.
300WOD™ may modify, add or remove features at any time. Material changes to paid membership features will be communicated with reasonable notice.
12. FITNESS AND HEALTH
300WOD™ provides fitness and training programming. This is not medical advice. You are responsible for assessing whether the training is appropriate for your individual health circumstances.

13. DISCLAIMERS
To the extent permitted by applicable law, 300WOD™ provides the service on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any warranty, right or remedy that cannot be excluded under applicable mandatory consumer protection law.
14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by applicable law, 300WOD™ and its operator shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable mandatory law.
15. CONSUMER RIGHTS
If you are a consumer, you may have rights under applicable consumer protection law that cannot be excluded or limited by these Terms. These Terms do not affect any mandatory consumer rights you are entitled to under the law of your country of residence.
16. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by Danish law. This choice of law does not deprive consumers of any mandatory protections they may be entitled to under the law of their country of residence. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Danish courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection provisions.
17. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
300WOD™ may update these Terms as the platform develops. Material changes will be communicated via the platform or by email with reasonable notice. Continued use of the service after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
