WHAT 300WOD™ IS AND IS NOT
300WOD™ is a fitness and training platform. The content, programming, recommendations and tools provided are for general fitness and educational purposes.
300WOD™ does not provide:
- Medical advice
- Medical diagnosis or treatment
- Clinical nutrition therapy
- Physiotherapy or rehabilitation advice
- Personalised professional health guidance
If you have a medical condition, injury, health concern or any doubt about whether a particular exercise or training programme is appropriate for you, consult a qualified medical professional before beginning or continuing training.
THE 300WOD™ WORKOUT SYSTEM
The 300WOD™ workout system is built around a fixed structure: 6 exercises × 50 reps = 300 repetitions. This is a general fitness training framework designed to be scalable across fitness levels through load adjustment.
The workout system is:
- A structured fitness training methodology
- Designed for healthy adults capable of resistance training
- Scalable through load — not through modifying the rep structure
The workout system is not a medical exercise prescription. It is not designed for rehabilitation, clinical populations or individuals with conditions that contraindicate resistance training without medical supervision.
30-MINUTE INTELLIGENCE™
What it is
30-Minute Intelligence™ is a load calibration system that analyses your personal workout history to recommend resistance adjustments for your next 300WOD™ session. Its purpose is to help you find the resistance level that allows you to complete the 300 close to the intended 30-minute target.
What it is not
30-Minute Intelligence™ recommendations are:
- Based on your own historical workout data — not on medical assessment
- Deterministic and rule-based — not AI or medical prediction
- Conservative by design — they do not push maximum load
- Not a substitute for listening to your own body
- Not appropriate guidance for individuals with injuries or health conditions affecting training
Always use your own judgement. If a recommended load feels inappropriate on a given day, adjust accordingly.
LOAD RECOMMENDATIONS
Load recommendations generated by 300WOD™ are based on your personal workout history and are intended as starting-point guidance for your next session.
They are not prescriptions. You are responsible for selecting loads that are appropriate for your current physical state, energy level and health on any given training day. Never attempt a load that feels unsafe.
MUSCLE READINESS
Muscle Readiness is a self-reported recovery indicator used to inform Adaptive Week scheduling. It is based on your own input and is intended to help you make informed decisions about training frequency and intensity.
Muscle Readiness data is not a clinical assessment of recovery, injury risk or physiological readiness. It does not replace professional physiotherapy or sports medicine assessment.
ADAPTIVE WEEK
Adaptive Week generates a personalised weekly training schedule based on your profile, training history and Muscle Readiness data. It is designed to support consistent training with appropriate recovery.
Adaptive Week scheduling is a general fitness planning tool. It is not a medically supervised training programme and does not account for individual medical conditions, injuries or clinical contraindications.
FOUNDER'S DIET™
What Founder's Diet™ is
Founder's Diet™ is the personal nutrition philosophy, experience and approach developed by Dennis Jarl Jensen — the founder of 300WOD™ — over years of personal practice alongside the 300WOD training system.
It is presented as:
- One person's documented approach to nutrition alongside structured fitness training
- A philosophy and framework, not a clinical protocol
- Educational content based on personal experience
What Founder's Diet™ is not

- Medical nutrition therapy
- A clinical diet prescription
- A diagnosis or treatment for any condition
- A guaranteed health or body composition outcome
- Universally appropriate for all individuals
Individual responses to nutrition approaches vary significantly. Before making material changes to your diet — particularly if you have a medical condition, eating disorder, pregnancy, metabolic condition or other relevant health circumstance — consult a qualified nutrition professional or medical practitioner.
EXERCISE RECOMMENDATIONS
Exercise selections and programming within 300WOD™ are based on general fitness principles and your equipment and preference settings. They are not tailored to individual medical conditions, injuries or rehabilitation needs.
If an exercise causes pain, discomfort or concern, stop and seek appropriate professional guidance before continuing.
WHEN TO SEEK PROFESSIONAL ADVICE

- Are pregnant or postpartum
- Have a history of eating disorders
- Have cardiovascular, metabolic or musculoskeletal conditions
