Question 1

What is 300WOD?

Accepted Answer

300WOD is an adaptive training system built around one standard: 300 reps. 6 exercises × 50 reps = 300. 30:00 is the standard. Personalized workouts for strength, muscle, conditioning. Scalable for every fitness level.

Question 2

How does 300WOD work?

Accepted Answer

6 exercises. 50 reps each. 300 total reps. Approximately 30 minutes. The protocol never changes. What evolves is the exercise selection, load, and complexity — earned through demonstrated capacity across four Standards: Foundation, Hoplite, Elite, and Spartan.

Question 3

Who created 300WOD?

Accepted Answer

Dennis Jensen founded 300WOD. In 2012, he underwent a major personal transformation — losing approximately 50 kg / 110 lbs in approximately 8 months. The methodology was proven in his own training before it became a commercial product.

Question 4

What makes 300WOD adaptive?

Accepted Answer

Paid members unlock Adaptive Training: a system that reads your training load, tracks muscle readiness across 12 muscle groups, and shapes each session around the work already completed. No two weeks are identical — because no two athletes are.

Question 5

Is 300WOD CrossFit?

Accepted Answer

300WOD is inspired by CrossFit principles — functional movements, scalability, community — but it is a distinct system built around one Standard: 300 reps in 30 minutes. The protocol never changes. You do.

Question 6

Can I do 300WOD at home?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Foundation and Hoplite Standards require minimal equipment — bodyweight, dumbbells, or resistance bands. Elite and Spartan require barbell access. 300WOD is scalable for home or gym.

Question 7

Can beginners use 300WOD?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Foundation is the entry point. It teaches the 300 pattern using bodyweight and simple movements before introducing meaningful resistance. The Standard doesn't change. You do.

Question 8

Why are 300WOD workouts 30 minutes?

Accepted Answer

30 minutes is the minimum effective dose of complete training. It was born from the requirement to fit strength, muscle, and conditioning into realistic time — especially for busy professionals and parents. 30:00 IS THE STANDARD.
