HOW TO PERFORM

Set the cable at face height with a rope attachment.

Grip the rope with both hands, palms facing in.
- 3
Pull the rope toward the face, separating the hands at the end.

Elbows stay high — at or above shoulder height.
- 5
Return under control to full arm extension.
THE STANDARD
Elbows stay high throughout. Hands separate at the end of the pull. Controlled return.
COACHING CUES
COMMON MISTAKES
Elbows dropping — keep them at shoulder height or above.
Using too much weight — this is a shoulder health movement.
Not separating the hands at the end of the pull.

Reduce the weight.
